Substance Abuse Therapy
I specialize in substance use and co-occurring disorders. I also am able to complete Substance Abuse Evaluations for the courts. I understand that substance use impacts lives in various ways and there is not one way to overcome addiction. Treatment is not a one size fits all solution. We will work together to create an individual and achievable plan to work towards sobriety.

I offer individual therapy to adults that targets depression, anxiety, stress management, and life changes. My goal is to provide an environment where clients feel comfortable to work through the barriers that are preventing effective change. Together we will create a plan that empowers each person to take the steps needed to move forward.
